This pergola was built the way we build everything outdoors — timber selected and heat-treated first, then milled, jointed and sealed in-house before it ever reaches site. Every beam is cut to fit its neighbor, not forced into place, so the structure carries its own weight cleanly through the joinery rather than through hardware. Finished surfaces are sanded and sealed by hand in multiple passes to stand up to direct UAE sun, humidity and sand without warping, greying or splitting. It's slow, deliberate work — the kind that shows in how the piece still looks sharp years after installation.
